To accomplish the vision of sustainability in human space flight, there are many industries that need to emerge and grow. If we want to send millions of people to live and work in space then we need to training millions of people to live and work in space through simulations, analogs, life support, phycology and security. Empowering underserved communities with a desire to be active participants in the new space frontier is an optimal solution to inclusion, and recruiting for humanity's next frontier.
