Sacred Space: Permission to Thrive

This session is all about discovering each student's superpower and then using space as the means to inspire and foster curiosity, while respecting and giving students the opportunity to thrive in their own unique ways. There is a kind of 'holy ground' that exists between speaker and hearer. Learning how to 'speak' the most positive of prophecies over every student requires educators to lean in and form meaningful bonds and connections with students. I'll share how I've done it virtually and in-person and open it up to a conversation about what can happen when we honor each student's individuality.
