Frank White Hosts Closing Fireside Chat

The Space Education Summit team is thrilled to announce that Frank White will once again join us for the closing Capstone Session November 22, 2024! Frank, author of The Overview Effect and founder of The Human Space Program, will enage participants in a Fireside Chat style discussion… with a special guest.

Frank White, founder of the Human Space Program, is a true space philosopher, having authored or coauthored numerous books on topics ranging from space exploration to climate change to artificial intelligence. His best-known work, The Overview Effect: Space Exploration and Human Evolution, is considered by many to be a seminal work in the field of space exploration.

We look forward to hearing Frank’s thoughts on how we might best prepare students for humanity’s future in space. A FREE ONLINE event, the summit brings together educators, enthusiasts, and professionals from many fields… to explore ways humanity might prepare for the growing space economy and a rapidly approaching multi-planet future. Our planning team is inspired by the Overview Effect, and a desire to help more people benefit from it here on Earth. See past sessions and highlights on our YouTube Channel.
